Once upon a time ... There are 2 basic kinds of stories. 1. A drama with a hero, a villan and supporting elements. 2. A conflict resolution, containing a problem, a set of events and a solution. A story must have a begining, a middle and an end, connected by a progression of events and situations. A story must answer the questions: Who A story can be a journey through situations. A story helps develop, understand and conclude. A story is an experience, evoking feelings, convey growth and must evolve. A story can have a sad or happy ending. A story must have a twist in the tale. Give the story a KISS of life. Keep It Simple Stupid! Alternatively, Describe a character and draw this original cartoon character. Create an event or situation with supporting characters and/or villen What happens at the event or in the situation? What is the problem/discovery/difficulty? What is the unique solution? Where is the twist in the tale? How does the story end? The 3 most important things about an animation film are: The story, the story and the story! |
